This is a scam!. what County Land & Title did was to make you believe everything would go smoothly with a small fee less than $50.00, but after signing papers all applications been process, you'll get a follow up phone called from county land & title making excuse for their own mistake and demand you to pay another closing fees. You may end up to paying anyway since there is an agreement sign page during closing. If you happen to chose County Land & Title, you may want to watch out for this form (SCAM). I end owning them another $224.xx after all applications already been process. This is not an acceptable and why would you want to do business with such company like this!
